Nicole Queen, PMHNP–BC, is a dedicated Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders. She specializes in conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
In addition to medication management, Nicole offers therapy and counseling services for individuals, families, and groups, providing compassionate care tailored to each client’s needs. Her holistic approach fosters healing and growth, supporting her clients on their journey toward mental wellness.

Chanel Williams
Clinical Office Manager
Chanel Williams has over five years of experience in the healthcare industry, working with both children and adults. In her role, she is responsible for managing appointments, answering calls, and ensuring that medications are available and refilled as needed. Additionally, she greets all patients, verifies that insurance is approved prior to their visit, and ensures that the entire appointment process runs smoothly. She also addresses any questions or concerns patients may have before their visit, ensuring they feel well-prepared. LaSh’e Parker is an experienced administrative assistant with six years in the field, currently supporting Nicole Queen. She has honed her skills in office management through roles at both the University of Maryland and Sinai Hospital. Known for her attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities, LaShé thrives in fast-paced environments where efficiency is key. Her background in both higher education and healthcare settings has equipped her with a versatile skill set, allowing her to adapt to diverse challenges. LaShé is committed to providing high-quality administrative support and contributing to the success of any team she works with.

Priscilla Parker
Director of Community Outreach Program
Priscilla Parker has 8 years experience with various organizations in which she coordinated community based family services. She has worked for A Blended Family for the past two years. She focuses on youth development, crisis intervention, coordination of the need for therapeutic interventions, teaching life skills, workforce readiness and assisting families to access various government resources.

Nicholas Kingston
Peer Mentor
Nicholas has worked with A Blended Family for one year. He is a peer mentor and coordinator for our “Bridging the Gap between Music and Mental Health Program”. This program uses music to inspire creativity and promote self control. Nicholas uses a variety of percussion instruments (musical instruments that produce sound when struck, shaken, or scraped such as drums and cymbals) to connect with children across the lifespan.
